A reminder that the Troop will be having it's annual Potluck in the Park & Troop Picture on Wednesday, June 29th at 6:30 pm.  Please bring your favorite dish to share (main dish, salad, dessert or?)

The troop will provide paper plates/cutlery and a main dish of Fried Chicken. 
(Please email to mcnamara@mind.net an approximate nuimber of your family that is attending, so that we can plan the order)

We still need a volunteer (with a camera) to take the picture.

ALSO, final payment for SummerCamp will be due at the Court of Honor. Remember that all Scouts attending SummerCamp need a Physical that has been completed in the last three years; adults 40+ will need a new physical for this year.


PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS - 4th of JULY BBQ chair setup is coming soon to a Park near you.   Actually, we will be loading the chairs and tables
at 6pm on Saturday, July 2nd (using one truck for the 200 chairs and 25 tables), and setting them up in Lithia Park early the morning of July 4th.  Then at 5pm on the 4th, we will take down/load the items and then unload them again - finishing by about 6:30pm - no trip to Talent that day - we just unload tables at the 1st Presbyterian church.   It should be a quick process, and the signup sheets will be available at the
Potluck.

It should be noted that:  The Troop is NOT having a Foodbooth this year in the Park on the 4th.
