Frequently Asked Questions - Homepage
Q: When do I wear my scout uniform?
A: Our troop meetings are designated as either Class A or Class B uniform meetings. When your Patrol Leader calls each week he should remind you which uniform should be worn.
Class A uniform is the full uniform, including neckerchief and rope. Blue jeans or olive green or tan/khaki pants are part of the Class A uniform (which can be short pants).
Class B uniform is our Troop 112 t-shirt or another t-shirt from a BSA event, such as summer camp or an Order of the Arrow event.
Our troop's sponsor, the Ashland Lion's Club, has a requirement that scouts be in uniform at meetings, as it is important to show scout spirit and be an active participant in the troop.
